​ The focus of this workshop will be to further develop the student's orientation and mobility skills with a particular focus on train travel. Dublin Bus Travel Assist staff will be supporting us with this aspect of the workshop. The students will also have an opportunity to interact and socialise with their peers and staff
In this one day workshop, we will work with students on their cane skills including outdoor mobility and road crossings. We will also be covering independent living skills including shopping, menu planning, and food preparation. This workshop will also provide students with the opportunity to interact and socialise with their peers and have some fun!

This will be a relaxed information sharing session and chat for parents/gaurdians of babies from birth to 18 months with vision impairments.
Each session will be based on a selected topic with time for parents to speak to each other. There will be four groups in this series, please register your interest for any/all the groups you would like to attend. The series will be run over the next four months on the last Monday of the month at 10.30am online via Teams. It is not necessary for your baby to be with you for this session.
