The BlindShell team has released some updates for the popular BlindShell Classic 2 talking mobile phone. Three new apps have been added to the BlindShell catalogue:
Spotify
Now you can enjoy streaming music and content from Spotify on your BlindShell Classic 2 mobile phone, you will have to log in with your paid Spotify subscription to consume content.
Tic-Tac-Toe
For those users that like to play games, BlindShell has introduced a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game. It’s possible to play against BlindShell or against another player on the same phone.
GPS Points
For those of you that were lacking a GPS solution, BlindShell has introduced GPS Points. This app helps you create a database of GPS points and show a direction and distance to them. It will be interesting to see how creative people will get with this app.
BlindShell is calling this their Easter update. To check for updates on your BlindShell Classic 2:
- Go to the Menu
- Go to Applications
- Go to the last item on the list called App Catalogue
- In here you can select the Browse Catalogue menu
- Search for the package you would like and select the install package menu
