QQI Level 5 Business and Retail Practice Course is a comprehensive 18-month program which offers a diverse range of subjects that will provide you with a solid foundation in retail, marketing, and customer service. Whether you are a newcomer to the field or looking to enhance your existing skills, this course caters to both full-time and part-time learners, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
One of the key highlights of this program is the incorporation of real-world experience through a 60-hour work placement, giving you the chance to apply what you have learned in a practical setting. This hands-on approach will not only deepen your understanding but also enhance your employability upon completion.
This QQI Level 5 program encompasses various essential components such as customer service, retail selling, teamworking, marketing practice, safety and health at work, spreadsheet methods, and communications. Our dedicated instructors ensure that all the materials are accessible, making adjustments to modules as needed to keep you engaged and informed.
To enroll in this program, we require individuals to have at least NFQ Level 4 education or its equivalent. Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is essential, and applicants whose first language is not English should demonstrate a minimum CERFL proficiency at B2 level. We welcome mature learners through the local ETB pathway, and additional entry requirements may apply to non-EU/EEA applicants.
