How to contact Apple Accessibility Support

Did you know Apple has a dedicated accessibility support helpline?

If you are an Apple device owner and you use accessibility options such as VoiceOver, Zoom, or Magnifier, you call their support line for extra support. You could also call if you want information on one of their vast range of devices like the Apple Watch, Apple TV with Siri remote, or iPad. They may help you if you need help with your Apple ID or diagnosing a technical problem.

The other good thing is it is a freephone number. Save the following number to your iPhone: 1800804062. Lines are open from 8:00am to 19:45pm. You can also email Apple accessibility at the following email address: [email protected]. But this is more for giving feedback and reporting accessibility bugs, so if you would like more immediate support, call the helpline first.
