Online workshop:

Research has found that by adding even the simplest nature connection practices to our daily life that we can experience the health and wellbeing benefits for months and years to come.

Join us for this interactive workshop in which Sarah Hourigan of Nature Therapy Ireland will guide you in exploring your connection to nature, to yourself, and to a community of like-minded people.

Whether you simply have access to nature audio at home, indoor house plants, a balcony, a garden, local urban park, or if you are lucky enough to have access to a mountain, woodland or beach this workshop will show you that there is no right or wrong way to connect to nature. Welcoming these practices indoors can often be just as powerful as outdoor work.

Sarah will draw on her background in psychology and research and years of experience working in the areas of nature therapy and forest bathing to share valuable knowledge with you in a relatable, attainable, and actionable way.

Sarah’s aim is that you will leave this spring-themed workshop with new skills and tools to bring into your own life specifically related to the transition from the winter into a new season.

Spaces are limited on this workshop so we advise early booking to secure your place.
