This workshop is part of an ongoing Secondary School Transition series. An opportunity for 6th Class & 1st Year students to connect again. At this session we will work more on planning, organisation and money management skills as the students must decide on a recipe for baking, write a shopping list, and plan a budget. They then must use google maps to find a local shop, and lead us there to purchase the correct items. They will then work on their independent living skills by following the recipe and using food preparation, oven, and time management skills. There will also be opportunity to discuss transitioning to secondary school, independence skills, and AT skills.
