Peter Ryan is an Irish Paralympian and motivational speaker who on the 8th October 2023, embarked on an epic challenge to run the 586km from Malin to Mizen Head. He completed this amazing feat in just 5 days, arriving at Mizen Head on World Sight Day! The reason for taking on this huge task was to raise funds for Vision Ireland’s first-ever Vision Van which will travel around Ireland to provide information, awareness, and support services for sight loss and common eye conditions free at the point of delivery.
